Why can’t I see a channel or online behavior when viewing a lead?
The most common reason to not see a channel or online behavior is that a lead is manually entered. The only way to see online behavior with a manually entered lead is if the lead has filled out the online form using the same email adress.
The analytics may also not be set up properly. In this case, contact the administrator.
