  • Why is the customer not receiving any emails?
    An email can be bounced, blocked, or seen as spam. A customer also may have unsubscribed from your emails. There can be several reasons for an email to bounce, such as a non-existent or blocked email address, or a server error. Read more about reasons for emails to bounce here.
  • Why can't I see a channel or online behavior when viewing a lead?
    The most common reason to not see a channel or online behavior is that a lead is manually entered. The only way to see online behavior with a manually entered lead is if the lead has filled out the online form using the same email adress. The analytics may also not be set up properly. In this case, contact the administrator.
  • How can I automatically give new leads a certain status?
    You can change the default status in the category settings. New leads with this category will automatically be assigned this status. For example, this can be helpful for leads that don't need to be followed up. See the manual Categories for more information.
  • What are labels and how do I create them?
    Labels are useful for finding groups of leads or data. You can define your own labels as an administrator in the label menu. Click here to learn more about labels. 
  • How can I schedule automatic emailings to a selection of leads?
    If you want to automatically send emails on a repeating schedule, you can make scheduled email tasks. Here you can define a mailing schedule and make a selection of leads based on certain conditions. Click here for more information about scheduled emailings.      
  • How can I automatically send an email to a new lead?
    When Max LeadManager receives a new lead. See basic actions for futher information.
  • What are email profiles?
    Email profiles are pre-setup emails including characteristics and information which can be used to send automatic emails. You can create email profiles for leads or users such as sales reps and employees. Click here for more information about email profiles.
