  What can be a reason for the customer to not receiving any emails?

  An email can be bounced, blocked or seen as spam. A customer also may have unsubscribed to receive emails from you. There can be several reasons for an email to bounce such as a non-existent email address or blocked email address, unavailable server or a full inbox. To limit spam, consistency is a must to ensure good inbox placement. If your recipients are expecting your emails and they are receiving those emails at the right frequency, they’re more likely to show positive engagement and boost your results.   Why can’t I see a channel or online behaviour when viewing a lead?

  The most common reason to not see a channel or online behaviour is that a lead is manually entered. The only way to see online behaviour with a manually entered lead is if the lead has filled out the online form using the same email adress. It may also be that the analytics is not (yet) set up (properly). In this case, the administrator may be able to further assist.

  How can I automatically give new leads a certain status?

  Sometimes certain leads don’t need to be follow up. In such case you can define the default state by setting this at the relating category settings. All received leads with this category will automatically be given this status. See the manual ‘category’ for more information.

  What is the difference between a lead and a person?

  The main difference between a person and a lead is that a person can have more than one lead. This can be for instance a returning customer.

  What are labels and how do I create them?

  Labels can be very useful to find your leads and data. With labels you can work more efficiently on your leads. As an administrator you can define your own labels. Read all the instructions to use labels….

  How do I schedule an emailing to a selections of leads?

  If you want to send an email every week/month/year you can make scheduled email tasks. Here you can define a mailing schedule and you can make a selection of leads based on conditions they need to match.

  What are email profiles?
